Atlantic Beach features 14 beach accesses and 65 acres of parks. It offers several special events, including acoustic music nights, the Adele Grage Cultural Center and North Beaches Art Walk.

Jacksonville Beach
At Jacksonville Beach’s Sea Walk Pavilion, you’ll find concerts or festivals nearly every weekend from April through October. Another popular location is the Fishing Pier, which offers visitors close-up views of the Atlantic Ocean as well as the ability to fish for deep-water species of fish. The pier, at North 1st Street and 5th Avenue, offers a concession and bait shop and is wheel-chair accessible. Adventure Landing includes a water park with slides, a riverway, a go-kart track, miniature golf, laser tag arena, batting cage and an arcade with a wide variety of games.
The 1,300-foot-long fishing pier on North First Street in Jacksonville Beach is a great place to watch dolphins, cast a line and enjoy the scenic views. Then, take a stroll around Jacksonville Beach’s newly redeveloped downtown—12 acres of city-owned property that includes a new city hall, Latham Plaza, and the Sea Walk Pavilion outdoor Performance stage. The plaza hosts several annual events including the Springing the Blues Festival, the annual Opening of the Beaches celebration, and Fiesta Playera.
Ponte Vedra Beach

One of the hidden gems of Ponte Vedra is Guana River State Park, a 2,600-acre preserve offering hiking fishing and beachfront recreation. The park includes 17 significant historical and prehistoric sites, including Wright's Landing, believed to be the location of a 17th-century Spanish mission.
